Seller Disclosure Statements

From 1 August 2025, sellers in Queensland must give buyers a completed Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement together with all required certificates before a contract is signed.

If this step is missed - or the disclosure is incomplete or inaccurate - the buyer may have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before settlement, putting your sale at serious risk.
