A direct line of communication with your solicitor
Conducting all relevant searches
Liaising with your Agent, Bank and the Buyer’s Conveyancer to facilitate settlement
Calculating all settlement adjustments and distributing your settlement proceeds
Keeping you informed throughout the duration of your sale
